Helge specialises in corporate communications and strategic advisory, with more than 20 years of experience supporting clients in complex, high-stakes situations. His expertise includes crisis communications, M&A, reputation management, executive positioning, change management and digital communications, as well as the development of purpose and values frameworks.

As Head of the Frankfurt office, he advises companies on critical issues that impact business success and reputation, guiding organisations through periods of transformation and heightened scrutiny. Before moving into consultancy, Helge spent 12 years at Bertelsmann in a series of senior corporate communications roles, most recently serving as Senior Vice President for strategic communications.
